Hey there, Lonie. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your questions.
I’m delighted to see you’re planning to visit the Happiest Place on Earth at the end of November. While
theme parks tickets are non-refundable, please rest assured that you have plenty of time to use your tickets at a later date if you are unable to make the visit next month. If you recently purchased a one-day ticket (when Disneyland Resort reopened after the pandemic closure), it is valid through December 30, 2022. If you purchased a multi-day ticket, it will expire within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. Hopefully this allows you time to plan another trip to the Disneyland Resort if you and your family can’t visit in November! Once you’re ready to make your theme park reservations, simply head to
Disneyland.com and pick the new dates you wish to visit.
If you’re still unable to travel to Disneyland Resort passed December 2022 or January 2023 (depending on the type of ticket you have), no worries, Lonie! According to Disney’s eTicket Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount you paid for your wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (except for Special Event ticket) can be applied towards the purchase of new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket price just needs to be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.
As per local and state guidelines, it is highly recommended that Guests are fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test prior to
visiting the Disneyland Resort. Face coverings are required indoors, in enclosed transportation vehicles and on many attractions, regardless of vaccination status. These protocols are subject to change, so please be sure to check out
Disneyland.com and
Disney Parks Blog for the latest park news.
