I’m so excited to hear you’re planning on
purchasing tickets soon for your upcoming November trip. This pandemic sure affected the park operations at Disneyland Resort. With the theme parks reopening at the end of April, there’ll be some changes in place to ensure all Guests and Cast Members are safe and remain healthy. I’m crossing my fingers that Covid cases continue to decrease so that we can return to a “new normal” soon.
With that said, I hope Disneyland Resort continues its course to safely open up and slowly incorporate additional Magic and Pixie Dusts as state guidelines allow. IF the unfortunate event happens and Disneyland Resort theme parks are forced to shut again, I’m not entirely sure what will happen to tickets in terms of refunding to Guests. Historically, Disneyland Resort does not offer refunds on previously purchased tickets. Either the expiration date is extended (as in the case of this current shutdown), OR the
value of your already purchased ticket can be applied towards a future ticket. And if you have any specific questions, you can also contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member can assist you.
On a side note: Right now, Aliza, Guests can only book their park reservations through June 28, 2021. Additional dates will be released on a rolling basis so be sure to check back regularly on
