    If I purchase tickets, when can I cancel with full refund?

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by. I’ll be more than happy to help answer your question. 

    According to the eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. The good news is, you can hang on to your wholly unused and expired theme park tickets for a later date. You will be able to use those tickets towards the purchase of new ones that are equal to or greater than their existing value. So keep your existing tickets in a safe spot!

    Doreen, I hope this helps. If you have other questions regarding your existing theme park tickets I recommend giving the Tickets line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help with any other questions and concerns you may have. 

    I’m wishing on every star in hopes that you won’t have to cancel your existing plans and be able to visit the Disneyland Resort next year.
