    If we purchase our tickets on base and they give us a voucher , are we able to reserve the days with the voucher or do we have to wait until we get to Disneyland for the tickets ?

    Hello there, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us a very important planning question and I'm here to make sure you've got an answer.

    I am excited to hear you are hoping to visit soon and that you are looking into one of the military offers extended to military families. As you know, military offers for Disneyland tickets are only available through military base ticket offices and are not available to purchase through Disneyland Resort. Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive paper vouchers/tickets. You need to make your theme park reservations as soon as you can and I do not suggest waiting until you arrive at Disneyland as reservations could very well be booked.

    The paper ticket vouchers will have the ticket ID numbers on them. This is what you will use to link your tickets to your Disney account. I suggest doing it through the Disneyland app, as you will need this on your phone for your visit. The app will then have your eTickets ready to scan for your visit, as well as show you attraction wait times and let you mobile order your food and snacks.
