If I purchase tickets from will I still be able to link them to MyDisneyExperience account? We are staying at the Dolphin resort which is not a Disney owned hotel so I am not sure if everything will be coordinated properly.

    Hi, Jennifer!

I love staying at the Dolphin (and sister resort Swan!)  You cannot beat the awesome location and the super fun pool area.

Since you are staying at the Dolphin, you will not need to link your tickets to My Disney Experience.  Simply present your tickets from Undercover Tourist when you enter the gates of the parks.  They will send you actual tickets (not vouchers) that are ready to go so just head straight to the parks for yours days of magic and fun!

Your room key card from the Dolphin will simply be to get into your room.  And, even though the Dolphin is not actually a Disney owned property, guests still receive a few perks such as free theme park parking and the use of Extra Magic Hours.  Your room key will serve as your ID so keep everyone's card handy.

I often stay at the Swan and Dolphin resorts, so let me know if you have any questions! Have a wonderful stay in Walt Disney World.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
