Hi there, can I purchase a ticket using my FL Resident discount for my cousin who is from another country? She is 18+ We will all be attending the parks together, so I will be able to provide proof of residency.

Hi Jennifer and welcome to planDisney!

I just love living in the Sunshine State so I can visit Walt Disney World as often as possible.  There are so many great perks to being a Florida resident and discounts on theme park tickets and Disney Resort hotel stays is at the top of the list.

To purchase and use Florida resident tickets, each person 18 and over has to provide their own proof of Florida residency, so you will not be able to purchase discounted Florida resident tickets for your family if they cannot provide proof of residency for themselves.  If you plan on visiting the parks before the end of September, there is a great ticket deal currently available to resident and non-residents that gives you 4 days of admission, one park per day, to each of the four parks with a few blockout dates.

Theme park reservations are still required to visit, so once everyone has tickets, make sure you secure your park reservations for each day you plan on visiting.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
