Emerald from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Can you purchase a ticket for single day used last year in September how long do we have before that ticket that we never used expires?

    Hi Emerald, welcome to planDisney!

I am happy to walk you through the steps of locating the expiration date of your theme park tickets! I found that the easiest way to do this is through the Disneyland Mobile App. So please download the Mobile App and sign-in to your account. Then click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates! If you don't see your tickets there, then you'll need to link them to your account. You should see a "Link Tickets & Passes", and that should take you through the steps to link your tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you should see your tickets there along with their expiration dates.

Now if your tickets happen to be expired, don't worry because you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Great news right? Just visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths, and the fantastic Cast Members there can certainly help you out!
