Hello, if I purchase a ticket and make a reservation and pay for parking on line. Am I guaranteed a parking spot? And if not will my $30 dollars for parking be refunded back?

Hey, howdy, hey, Cristina! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

Cristina, pre-purchasing a parking pass does not guarantee you a spot. However, there are several theme park parking options, so I’m hopeful you will be able to secure a spot. However, if for any reason you cannot, please ask a Cast Member in the parking area about getting a credit for future use. I think it’s unlikely you would get a refund, however, you should be able to use it in the future.

There are three options – the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure, and Toy Story Parking Area. All are close to the theme parks. The first two transport you via tram to the main entrance, and the last will transport you via bus.

Cristina, if you have a few minutes before your visit, have a watch or listen to the planDisney Podcast episode dedicated to Disneyland Resort. You might pick up a tip or two to help make your visit even more special!

Thanks again for stopping by and good luck securing a good parking spot! As Lightning McQueen would say, ka-chow!
