Welcome to planDisney, Mary Ann!
I had a similar problem with obtaining a Disney Park Pass Reservation for the theme park that I wanted to visit for my trip in January! I’m hoping that what I did can help you make the reservations you would like for your upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
When the theme park I wanted to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for was unavailable, I quickly made a reservation for the second theme park I was interested in visiting. Though I knew I might not be able to visit the first theme park I was interested in, I at least had a reservation for the next best thing! After I had those reservations secured, I set an alarm (to go off multiple times during the day) to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar! I was thrilled when there was availability for the theme park I wanted to visit! Once it was available, I canceled my existing Disney Park Pass Reservation for that day, and quickly changed my reservation! It took a little bit of patience, but it sure payed off!
Another great thing for you to do would be to
contact the “Existing Tickets” line at (407) 566-4985 to explain your personal situation. They may be able to help you sort things out over the phone! The Cast Members available are always so kind, helpful, and magical!
I hope you have a wonderful trip! I’m sending happy thoughts to you and your party!
Keep moving forward! Allyn
