Welcome Back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Loree ~
Your trip will be here before you know it and I love to see that you are planning ahead!
Anytime that you want to visit a theme park, you will need a ticket to enter. Even if you only plan to spend a half day in a theme park or go in for a dining reservation, including the last day of your trip, you will still need to purchase a theme park admission ticket. You could compare the cost of an Annual Pass versus the number of days you will be purchasing tickets. Combined with the discounts and other benefits of having an Annual Pass, it may be worth while.
We often drive to the Walt Disney World Resort so we like to take our time and soak up as much last minute magic that we can before we head out to come back home. Sometimes we head into a theme park on our last day. Other times, we head to other areas of the Walt Disney World Resort and save the money we would have spent on a theme park ticket.
Disney Springs is a great place to spend some time. There is no admission cost to visit Disney Springs. Parking is also complimentary so that is another bonus. We like to shop and have lunch before getting on the road. There are some fun
entertainment options at Disney Springs as well. Some of those do have a cost of admission.
Another fun place to spend time outside the parks is
Disney's BoardWalk. They have shops, midway games, and dining locations. You could even rent a surrey bike and take a ride around Crescent Lake.
Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We're hEAR for you!
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
