If we purchase Theme Park tickets ahead of time can we get a refund if the children get sick and cannot fly to Florida for this vacation?

    Hi Terry,

When answering your question, I am going under the assumption that you are not purchasing your theme park tickets as part of a package that includes hotel, etc. - just tickets.  I am also assuming that the tickets you are questioning are not a special ticketed event like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Tickets are not "activated" until the first time you enter a theme park.  So if you purchase your tickets before your trip and have to cancel for whatever reason, you can save them to use any time in the future so refunds are not available.

Keep in mind that once a ticket is activated, you have 14 days to use the number of days on your ticket or any unused days will expire unless you added the "No Expiration" option at the time of you purchased the tickets.

If you have extenuating circumstances, I'd suggest that you call the Disney Ticket line at 407-939-1289.

Hopefully none of this will be an issue - you will all be well and have an awesome vacation!
