Hello! If we purchase souvenirs at the parks, can we have them delivered to our resort hotel so we do not have to carry them around with us all day?

    Hi Christa,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question!

Once upon a time (ok, ok, about 3 years ago!), we used to be able to send purchases made in the Disney Parks and at Disney Springs back to our Disney Resorts Collection hotel via the Package Delivery Service.

Unfortunately, this service was suspended in 2020 and, unfortunately, we don’t really know when it will be back. That said, don’t give up hope! Lots of different services and experiences have been returning to Walt Disney World Resort over the past few months (including the Disney Dining Plan), and I still have hope that package delivery will be back soon, too.

If you don’t want to carry your purchases around while you’re visiting the Theme Parks, my recommendation would be to make a list of all the cool stuff that you see throughout the day and then, when you’re ready to leave, go back and grab all of the goodies that you’ve spotted. Don’t forget that most merchandise locations are typically still open up to an hour after the Park closes for the day, which is also a great option for making sure that you don't waste a single minute of your Disney Day!

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
