I purchase SoCal 3day tickets & for my 3rd visit, I won’t be able to attend the day I reserved, it states I will not be able to use it after May 25th. Is there an exception that we can request to use the last day after the 25th?

Hey there, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your ticket question. We are happy to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to make your last reservation before your Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket expires on May 25, 2023. Unfortunately, there is no extension available for these tickets and they will expire on May 25, 2023. If you have further questions about your tickets, you can always reach out to Ticket Services and speak to a Cast Member.

The only way you would be able to utilize that last day past the expiration date is if you would want to upgrade your current ticket to a Magic Key. Tickets can be upgraded to a Magic Key before the end of the day on the last day of use of that ticket. This means you would need to upgrade before the date of expiration. I believe most Magic Keys are currently sold out and for renewal only, but the Inspire Key is currently available.

Michelle, I'm sorry this might not be the news you hoped for. Please come back and see us again with any other questions you may have about planning a future visit.
