Hi there, Beth. Welcome to
planDisney. Thanks for stopping by to chit-chat about your upcoming
Walt Disney World vacation.
Beth, park hopping is my favorite way to spend a Disney day. I enjoy waking up bright and early and hitting up one of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks right when they open. By being there so early in the day, I am able to cross off a lot of my must-do's before lunch. Then, I like to head back to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that I am staying at for some fun in the Florida sun. After an afternoon of splish-splashing around in the pool, I like to clean up and head over to EPCOT for the rest of the day. I love sipping and snacking around The World Showcase for dinner.
I think you'll be happy to know that you can upgrade your single-day ticket to include the
park hopper option the day you are using the ticket. You'll just need to swing by either Guest Relations or the ticket sales window and a friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to help you with this. I did want to mention that park hopping looks a little bit different than it did before. No matter what type of ticket you have, you need a
park pass reservation for the first theme park you plan on visiting for the day. Then, park hopping hours start at 2:00 p.m. After that time, you are able to go to any or all of the other theme parks that you would like.
I hope this helps! If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to
ask me.
Happy holidays!
Jackie H.
