It's the most magical time of the year at Disneyland Resort, and it sounds like you are about to make some
holiday magic for some gift recipients! What a wonderful gift. If you want to purchase tickets to give as gifts, you will be required to make
theme park reservations during the checkout process. However, once you have gifted the tickets, the recipients can link these tickets to their account and modify the reservations for new dates. If you are gifting
one-day tickets, be aware that these are tiered tickets, so the recipient can only visit on that same tiered day you purchased or a lower-tier day. The tiers go up to Tier 6.
Another option for you would be to purchase
Disney Gift Cards for the same amount as the tickets you were wanting to purchase, so that the recipient can purchase them with the Disney Gift Card. This will make it easier to link to their account, as well as pick their reservation date.
