    If I purchase a seasonal pass can I upgrade to the annual pass before the year is up (if I need to due to black out dates for future visits)? Thanks.

    Hi Lisa!

    You can certainly upgrade your seasonal Walt Disney World passes to annual passes before they expire if you find yourself wanting to visit during a black out period.  You can upgrade them at any Guest Relations located at any park including the water parks and also Downtown Disney.
