Hi there, if I purchase the seasonal pass, through the Florida resident payment plan, would it become effective on the date of purchase or the first date of use?

Hi Nayvelis! I have to admit that I am a bit jealous that you live in Florida and can visit the Walt Disney World Resort anytime you have free time!

The Florida Residents Passholder Program is so great! I love that they offer a monthly payment program and with no financing charges this is truly magic! It is my understanding that when you purchase the seasonal pass with the Florida resident rate, the pass becomes effective on the date of actual purchase. You can purchase this pass either online or in person at the ticket booth of any theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort or at Downtown Disney Guest Relations. If it were up to me, I would purchase this in person because this way you aren’t losing any days on your annual pass.

I hope that you have plenty of pixie dusted trips to the Walt Disney World Resort in your future! Say “Hi!” to Mickey Mouse for me!
