Hello Courtney and welcome! We are so happy to see you here at planDisney.
My family and I always look forward to spending a splashtastic day together at
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park! One of the first things my family does upon entering a water park is to select a shady spot to '
make a base camp' for all our belongings, towels, and such. By doing this everyone in our group knows where our
base is and it's where we like to meet to eat snacks, enjoy beverages and so on throughout the day, plus it's the perfect place to stow any refillable mugs that we may have purchased!
You may wish to consider splashing out on a
Blizzard Beach Polar Patio or a
Blizzard Beach Lodge Umbrella as a cool place to not only relax with your family but also to store your personal items. Both of these enhancements to your water park day can be reserved in advance by calling the number contained in this
link, or arranged on the day of visit on a first-come, first-served basis from the
Beach Haus.
At Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members are simply
Wild About Safety! So bearing these hakuna matata safety messages in mind, Guests are not permitted to carry or
wear items that may contain any sharp or breakable objects, have buckles, rivets, zippers, or any other exposed metal when accessing Attractions at the
Disney Water Parks.
Courtney, you really won't want to miss racing with your pals on the
Downhill Double Dipper! This super-fun, twin water-slide Attraction really does bring out the competitive streak as you race towards the finish line... and be sure to find time to relax by floating away in the
Cross Country Creek lazy river.
If you should have any further questions about spending time at Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to
planDisney to ask me another question. I'm always happy to help!
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
