I'm at
Disney California Adventure Park today and did a walk-through of all of the normal stores that carry hats and ears. Unfortunately, I didn't spot the pumpkin Mickey ears. There were multiple styles this year and I could find none of them today. A cast member confirmed they are likely sold out. I did spot the Create Your Own headbands and saw they have the plush pumpkin Mickey to add to those. They also had the Haunted Mansion ghosts and Nightmare Before Christmas characters, if you're a fan of either of those.
Kylie, offerings and merchandise are continually changing and subject to availability. I would check the following stores in California Adventure on the day of your visit to see if they've got what you'd like in stock: Oswald's, Los Feliz Five & Dime, and
Kingswell Shop. The
World of Disney in Downtown Disney is also a great location to check for ears, if you venture outside of the parks.
