    How can I purchase a print that I saw at The Art of Disney in Disney Springs ? It was last March, so I know it was awhile ago. Hoping to make someone’s Christmas magical! Thank you for any help!

    I love that you are trying to add some extra pixie-dust and magic to a special someone's Christmas!

    I recommend you contact Merchandise Guest Relations. While there are no guarantees, they will assist you in searching for and purchasing the print. The phone number is (877) 560-6477 and their current hours are 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST. They are open every day with exception to Christmas Day. They assist with inquiries for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, and Disney Cruise Line. You may also reach out to them via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com.

    The services provided by Merchandise Guest Relations have changed a bit over the years. They are now more of a Concierge service. While this is subject to change, Guests receive an initial complimentary service for their purchase and then there is a service fee for additional purchases made through Merchandise Guest Relations. The fee is based on the item(s) being purchased so it can vary. I had the pleasure of purchasing items using the services of Merchandise Guest Relations in the past and I was so grateful for all they did to find my items and have them shipped to my home. 

    I'm sending happy thoughts and oodles of pixie-dust your way as the Cast Members look for the print you are wanting to give as a gift!
