    If I purchase my premium annual pass online, how and where do I activate it on arrival to WDW? Must I go to a guest services location at a theme park or Downtown Disney? We plan on only visiting water parks this trip. What time does Downtown open?

    Hi there Julie,

    Hitting the Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks sounds like a great plan to beat the heat this summer! You will need to visit a Guest Relations window to have those Annual Passes activated, and you can choose any location at a theme park or at Downtown Disney.  Guest Relations at Downtown Disney opens at 8:30 and this is probably the best and most convenient location!
