    Can I purchase the prearrival magicbands if I booked through a good neighbor hotel?

    ChEARs! It sounds like you are on your way to booking an Incredible visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Planning and booking a resort is one of my favorite parts. It just gives me that reassurance and final, “ah this is happening”, feeling to know I have a resort booked. It’s just one step closer to the magic!

    It’s so nice to have the option of staying at a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel. Unfortunately, when staying at a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel you will not be able to order a MagicBand. You can, however, purchase your MagicBands on shopDisney before you arrive. My family cannot visit the parks without a MagicBand! We’ve accumulated somewhat of a rather large collection. I’m guilty of matching my MagicBands to my outfits or Minnie Ears. I can’t help but to accessories from Bow to toe.

    After booking your resort, you’ll want to go ahead and purchase your theme park tickets so that you can make your park reservations. Simply link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account and you will then be able to book your park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, you’re all set!
