If I purchase ponchos at Disneyland Parks to take to Disney World, would Disney World replace my poncho if it rips?

    Hi Alice,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

Unfortunately, I don’t believe the Walt Disney World Resort would be able to replace a Disneyland Resort poncho if it ripped on property. However, you can purchase new ponchos at the Walt Disney World Resort as needed, most of the merchandise stores should have them!

When a rainy forecast accompanies my family on vacation, we prepare by bringing our ponchos and mini umbrellas. We also schedule our breaks based on the timing of a potential rain shower. So, if it’s most likely going to rain at 3:00 p.m., maybe we’ll go see a show or eat a snack inside a restaurant at that time. Now that we’re heading into the summer, there could definitely be a rainy day, so you’re doing the right thing by planning ahead!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your upcoming vacation. If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
