Memory Maker is one of my favorite ways to treat myself to a special gift during my Disney vacations. There is nothing more priceless to me than those photo memories, so I love how Memory Maker allows me to download all of the beautiful images captured by
Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout my vacation. While I usually like to purchase the full Memory Maker because it gives me access to all of the PhotoPass media from my entire vacation, I can certainly understand how purchasing just a couple of days can be a good fit depending upon your vacation plans and budget.
When you click to download a photo, it should give you the option to purchase Memory Maker. After looking through the process myself, I can see where you may be running into some challenges when trying to purchase more than one day in the My Disney Experience app. I would suggest trying to complete your purchase from your desktop computer or laptop instead.
I’m looking at my account on the desktop version of the website, and the process for selecting multiple days to purchase seems more straightforward there. When you click to download a photo on the website, you’ll first see the full Memory Maker package at the top of the page. Right below that, there’s an option to purchase Memory Maker One Day. From there, you should see the option to select the quantity for the number of days you’d like to purchase. If after completing these steps, you still run into any challenges, you can call
Disney PhotoPass Support for additional assistance from a Cast Member.
