    Can I purchase photo pass/memory maker if I only have tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? Do we get magic bands or just paper tickets? Thank you.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party combines everything Disney with everything Winter Holiday. From sugar cookies and hot chocolate to "snow" falling on Main Street U.S.A., it's just like being Walt Disney as a kid in Marceline, Missouri. You will have a blast.

    After you order your tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you will receive an admission card in the mail. If you have a Disney account then the ticket should also show up in My Disney Experience. There is no MagicBand that comes with your party ticket but you may purchase a special event party MagicBand during the party as they are exclusive for party Guests.

    Yes, you may purchase Memory Maker with a party ticket but it sounds like you may want Memory Maker One Day which is currently $59 (subject to change) and only available on the My Disney Experience mobile app. It allows you to download all your photos for one day. If you have a MagicBand then any attraction photo or video will automatically be added to Memory Maker One Day. This option is ONLY available if you have Disney PhotoPass Photos linked to your Disney account in My Disney Experience. and may be purchased anytime after you have a Disney PhotoPass Photo made on the day of your party.

    Disney Dad Tip: On the My Disney Experience mobile app, tap on the three bars at the top left of the screen. Select "PhotoPass" (NOT Memory Maker) and then choose a photo. The next screen will give you two options: 1. Unlimited downloads of Your Vacation Photos for $169.00 and 2. Unlimited downloads of Your Photos for This Day for $59.00. All prices are subject to change. Choose the second option and make sure the date you want is the one that is listed.
