How do I purchase just 1 photo

    Hiya Lindsey,

Welcome to planDisney! So happy that you are here and have brought your question to us today. They say a “picture is worth a thousand words,” and all of my Walt Disney World Resort photos scream, “Best. Day. Ever.” I love looking through my My Disney Experience mobile app and seeing what fun attraction photos and PhotoPass photos were captured during my time at my most favorite place on earth. Luckily it is really easy just to purchase the one image you can’t bear to let expire.

There are two options to purchase one photo-pre-printed or digital download. Personally, I prefer to buy a downloadable copy of my photo. I like the ability to print multiple copies of my photo in the future and easily share them with my family. But I will cover both options for you to choose from.

If you would like to buy a single photo, have it pre-printed, and sent to you:

    1. First, open your My Disney Experience mobile app.
    2. Click the three parallel horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner.
    3. Select “Photos.”
    4. Once the photos appear, click the image you wish to purchase or download.
    5. You will see two options under the photo, “Buy My Photos” and “Buy Photo Gifts.” Select “Buy Photo Gifts.”
    6. A new screen will open and notify you that you will be re-directed to a new site. Click “Continue.”
    7. On the new page, click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner and select “Prints” and the type of print you would like.
    8. Scroll down and select the “type of print,” and when prompted, select “Get Started.”
    9. Choose the size and gloss of the photo.
    10. Lastly, a little square will appear in the middle of the screen that says “Add Photos,” here, you will choose which photo you want to purchase.
    11. Follow the on-screen prompts to purchase your PhotoPass photo.

If you want to purchase a downloadable photo, I think it is easier to do it on a computer than using the mobile app, so I will walk you through those instructions. To purchase a downloadable version of your photo:

    1. Under the My Disney Experience option on the Walt Disney World Resort Website, select “My Photos.”
    2. If you are not already signed in, click the blue “Sign In” button to sign in to your My Disney Experience account and access your linked photos.
    3. Select the photo you would like to download, and when the full-size image opens up, there will be an option on the right side to purchase a “Photo Download” of a single image.
    4. Select “Add to PhotoPass Bag,” and then you can purchase and download the photo. Note your “PhotoPass Bag” is found near the top of the screen, and it looks like a little purse.

I hope my answer helps you purchase your treasured photo, Lindsey. If there is anything else you need, please come back and see us!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
