Kathleen from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If I purchase passes in November, are they good until the following November or only until the end of the calendar year?

    Hi Kathleen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm delighted to see that you are considering purchasing Annual Passports to The Happiest Place on Earth!

When it comes to purchasing Annual Passports, the date you purchase is not as important as the date you activate. The time begins on your Annual Passport the day you activate it in person at Disneyland Resort. This means you could actually purchase your Annual Passports today, but not activate them until your visit in November. They would then be good for one full year from date of activation. When you purchase your pass and load it in to the Disneyland Mobile App, you should see details on the type of pass you purchased as well as your expiration date. You can continue to visit the parks through your date of expiration. For example, if your pass reflected an expiration of November 12, 2020, you could actually visit on and through that entire day.

I hope this helped in planning your upcoming visit. Please let us know if we can help in any other way!
