Hi! Is there a way to purchase a pass or vip seating for Magic Kingdoms Fantasy Parade this summer?

Hi Mandy and welcome to planDisney. We're happy to have you here and to be able to assist you with the planning of your trip to Walt Disney World this Summer!

Believe me when I say that there is nothing I'd rather be doing on a warm summer's day than watching the Festival of Fantasy Parade at the Magic Kingdom whilst enjoying some of my favourite Disney snacks. PS: I can highly recommend a DOLE Whip from Aloha Isle and funnel cake from Sleepy Hollow.

Mandy, whilst there was an option to book a Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package which offered lunch at Tony's Town Square Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom and reserved viewing for the parade in the past, unfortunately, this is not something which is currently available to book. At this moment in time the only way to have access to priority viewing of the parade is as part of a Private VIP Tour.

There are however a couple of places that I like to watch the parade from. The first one is from the Castle Hub area at the top of Main Street U.S.A. There's just something so iconic about watching the gorgeous parade floats pass by with Cinderella Castle in the background. If you are wanting to guarantee a front-row spot in this area, I would recommend aiming to find your place approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of the parade.

Top Tip - My family utilise this wait as time for a break and/or snack. My husband will usually head on over to Casey's Corner to grab hot dogs and drinks for us to enjoy whilst we are waiting.

If you would rather spend less time waiting for a parade spot and more time enjoying attractions and character interactions, my second favourite spot for watching the parade is from where it begins, over in Frontierland. There is usually more space available here and you should be able to find a good place to watch the parade from approximately 15 minutes before the parade begins.

The other bonus of watching the parade from Frontierland is that once the parade has passed, you are free to enjoy attractions in Frontierland and Adventureland whilst many other Guests are still waiting for the parade to makes its way towards the Castle Hub area and Main Street U.S.A.

I hope that this has answered your question, Mandy and that you have the most amazing time at Walt Disney World this Summer.

If we can be of any further help with the planning of your trip, please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, where we will be more than happy to assist you.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
