Hi there, Roger! Welcome to the
Disney Vacation Club corner of planDisney - so glad you're here! It's never too early to lock down the details for your next trip "Home", and I'm here to point you in the right direction to get tickets for your 2027 travels.
Although you cannot book a
Walt Disney World vacation package with a DVC booking, you most certainly can add theme park tickets to your reservation directly from the Member website. Once you log in, navigate to "My DVC", then select "My Dashboard" from the drop-down options. Your dashboard has a section titled "My Plans" which will list any current reservations in date order. Click on the January trip, and you'll see a selection of options that include tickets,
dining plans, and more! Simply follow the prompts to add any of these to your vacation, and you'll be all set.
Roger, depending on how long your January trip is, and if you'll be returning to The Most Magical Place on Earth within the year, an
Annual Pass might be a more economical option. DVC Members are eligible to purchase the Sorcerer Pass, which is a discounted Walt Disney World Annual Pass. I actually became a Passholder just last month! I had three separate trips on the horizon, and when I compared the cost of multi-day tickets to the Sorcerer Pass, it was a better choice to go for the pass.
DVC Members who add the
Membership Magic Beyond option to their Membership may use
Vacation Points to purchase a Sorcerer Pass, in addition to the many other great benefits offered through the program. This is a fantastic use of points if you have some extras that might not get used. The Membership Magic Beyond package carries a one-time cost of $95 (subject to change), and once that is in place, a shiny new Sorcerer Pass can be obtained for 75 points (also subject to change!).
Roger, I hope you are looking forward to a most magical vacation in 2027 - it will be here before you know it! Thanks so much for coming to see us at planDisney, and please don't hesitate to come back anytime if we can help with other questions to add a little extra pixie dust to your DVC travels.
Welcome Home!
Susan
