    Hello. Do we have to purchase a park ticket to get into the park if we only plan on attending the Disney After Hours Event? Thank you.

    Hello Kathleen,

    It is a pleasure to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    You do not have to purchase park admission tickets if you are only planning on attending the Disney After Hours event. You just have to purchase the event ticket. If you decide that you would like to enjoy your day at Magic Kingdom Park on the same day, then you will have to buy admission tickets in addition to the special event ticket.

    The Disney After Hours ticket allows you to enter the park as early as 7:00 p.m. Event Guests are allowed to stay in the park for three hours after the scheduled park closing time. What an amazing opportunity to enjoy all your favorite attractions with little to zero wait times.

    The last event took place on March 9, 2017. Please keep visiting the Magic Kingdom Special Events website to check if new dates are released.
