    I would like to purchase a Park Hopper Ticket, Epcot is still available but Magic Kingdom is not available on the date we plan to visit! What should I do?

    The countdown to your Walt Disney World trip is well and truly on! Can you believe it's nearly here? Mickey and his pals can't wait for you to arrive and join in the 50th Anniversary Celebration. Make sure you check out some of (if not all) the Beacons of Magic displays throughout the four Theme Parks (my personal favorite is Spaceship Earth in EPCOT).

    I'm a big fan of the Park Hopper Option, Jayne. Experiencing multiple parks in one day really maximizes the magic. I'm sorry that you're not seeing availability for Magic Kingdom Park on the day you'd like to visit. If there is availability for EPCOT, here's what I recommend you do: Make a Theme Park reservation for EPCOT as soon as possible. On the day of your visit, enjoy the first half of your day at EPCOT. Ride the new Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, experience the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and taste the delicious food and drink around World Showcase. Once 2:00 p.m. rolls around, you'll then be able to hop to Magic Kingdom Park.

    Depending on what kind of tickets you linked to your My Disney Experience account, you may be able to upgrade to the Park Hopper Option yourself. Here's how you do it:

    • Open your My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    • Tap the icon with three lines in the bottom right corner.
    • Tap "Tickets and Passes."
    • Tap on the ticket you'd like to upgrade.
    • Choose "Change Ticket."
    • Complete your purchase.
    If you don't have the option to change your ticket, then you can speak to a Cast Member on the phone and they can upgrade your tickets for you. You can also upgrade your tickets at any Theme Park Guest Relations location on the day of your visit.
