Hi there, Gina, and welcome to planDisney!
I'm a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder myself, so I'm happy to hear that you're considering joining the Passholder family. From
discounts on dining, merchandise, and experiences to exclusive seasonal offerings, there's so much to love about being a Passholder. Additionally, one of the perks of calling the Sunshine State home is the variety of annual passes you have to choose from.
The Florida resident Disney Pixie Dust Pass will give you access to Walt Disney World's theme parks on most weekdays throughout the year, with the exception of peak seasons and holiday periods. Happily, if you're hoping to hop between theme parks using your Annual Pass, there's no need to purchase an additional add-on because
this is included in the price of your pass! Currently, as long as you have scanned into the theme park for which you hold a
theme park reservation, you're more than welcome to hop over to Magic Kingdom Park at any time on
a day your Pass is valid for entry (pending capacity). Since you specifically mentioned 2 PM, I also wanted to clarify that this is no longer a time requirement for park hopping, but rather the time you can enter a theme park without a theme park reservation earlier in the day (except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom park). You'll also want to keep an eye out for good-to-go days that will allow you to enter the theme parks at any time without a reservation.
I hope this clears things up for you, Gina, and that you're able to see Mickey
real soon! If you have any additional questions about maximizing the magic of your Annual Pass, don't hesitate to ask.
You've got a friend in me!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
