If I purchase the park hopper. Are we able to go to more than two parks in one day? I know we have to make a reservation in the first park and stay until 2pm but can we go to two other parks after that or hop back to the original park at night?

    Hello Christine,

Summer is right around the corner, and believe it or not, so is your Walt Disney World vacation!

I love adding the Park Hopper Option to my tickets whenever possible. It will give you the freedom to visit two or more parks during a single day. In fact, you could visit all four parks if you were really adventurous. Although, keep in mind you'll be spending a lot of time traveling from park to park, and there is no way to see and do everything in a day, so typically I recommend sticking to two parks. Start your day in one park, take a midday break, and then head to another park for dinner and to close out your evening. Of course, if you are staying multiple days, perhaps on your last day of vacation you may want to try to visit all four parks in one day to experience your favorite attraction at each park one last time before heading home. It's a fun challenge and totally doable with a little planning.

Because Disney's Animal Kingdom usually opens the earliest, this is an ideal park to start at on your hopping day. In fact, we often start here and can get through almost every attraction by the 2:00 PM hopping time. Then we head back to our resort for a short nap or swim and finish up our evening at either Magic Kingdom to see Disney Enchantment or EPCOT to see Harmonious and catch some of our favorite attractions at either park.

Hope this helps. I know you'll have a great time experiencing The World's Most Magical Celebration!

I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
