if i purchase a package with tickets and just pay the deposit,,, can i go ahead and make park reservations or does it have to be paid in full? thanks

How ya doin' Debra and welcome to planDisney!

It's a great day to start planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Thanks for letting me help with yours until I can plan out my next one. I've personally paid for every one of my Disney vacation packages in installments so it's my pleasure to share what I know with you! Let's get y'all on the road to the magic.

Once you've put down a deposit on your Disney vacation package, you're officially on your way. Just link that confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account and you're locked in. As soon as that's done you can make your Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System for the duration of your stay. Be aware that your vacation must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date and then it's time to make some memories with your travel party!

Pro-tip: Remember that you can also make your Advance Dining Reservations 60 days prior to your arrival even if you're not finished paying off your vacation yet. You're going to need those meals to keep your strength up for all the magic you're going to make!

Debra, I hope I've been able to put your mind at ease today. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
