    Hello! If I purchase the Not So Scary Halloween Party Tickets, can I upgrade this ticket during the party to a FL resident annual payment plan passholder?

    Hi Camisha and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite events at Walt Disney World Resort! The music from Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade is the ringtone for my smartphone during October. The entertainment is just outstanding. Don't miss the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular and Cadaver Dans have a great mix of spooky songs. 

    While many theme park tickets can be upgraded, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets are considered special event tickets and are not upgradable. I do hope you will still consider purchasing a Florida Resident Annual Pass. The option for a payment plan almost makes me want to move to Florida!
