    I would like to purchase new Magicbands for me and my husband and some other items from the Disney shop to be delivered to my room when I arrive. I read somewhere that Disney Resort guests have discounts on Magicbands. Is that info accurate?

    Hello, hello there, Maria Izabel! Welcome to planDisney, the Most Magical Place on the Internet. Thank you so much for bringing us your question!

    Unfortunately, only those Guests who are traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort from within the United States or Canada are eligible to receive a discount on their Disney bands. Since you're visiting from the beautiful Brazil, you'll be able to purchase your new Disney bands as well as anything else you might need through shopDisney at full price and have the items delivered straight to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel!

    Maria Izabel, sending packages to your Disney hotel is very simple, but you'll need to follow a few steps in order to make sure that your items aren't lost on the way. First, write the word "GUEST" before your name when going through the payment process on shopDisney. Then, write your arrival date after your last name so that the Cast Members at your hotel's Front Desk can hold it in case it gets there before you! Finally, make sure that your hotel's address is correct and complete. You can find this information at each Resort's own webpage! When you're done, it should look like this (I'm using Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for this example):

    GUEST Maria Izabel Last Name (Arriving 4/8)
    4401 Floridian Way
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida
    32830-8451

    Keep in mind that you'll be charged a small fee for every single package you receive. When your items arrive at your Disney hotel, you'll be able to pick them up at the Front Desk or call from the comfort of your own room and have a Bell Services Cast Member deliver them for you!
