    I am going to purchase MVMCP tickets and it says to pick them up at will call ? I was wondering what and where that is?

    You will just love going to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  This special party usually begins at 7:00 pm.  You can pick up your tickets at Guest Relations at the Magic Kingdom just before going through the turnstiles but after you go through purse/bag check.  It is on the right hand side when you are facing the Magic Kingdom.  I would get there around 6:30 pm so you can stand in line and pick up your tickets!  Make sure you spend time seeing the Once Upon a Christmas Parade!  You may even see Santa at the end!  If you get hungry, pick up your complimentary hot chocolate and sugar cookies.  You will have a special map showing where everything is and the times for the parade and fireworks!  The holidays are such a magical time at Walt Disney World!  I am so happy you are able to spend them there.
