If I purchase the MVMCP ticket, do I have to visit a park that same day or could I use the base ticket for the next day? Since we arrive in the afternoon I was wondering If we could go to the party that same night.

Hi Veronica! I love the special event parties held in the Magic Kingdom. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is just what you need to embrace the holiday.

If you purchase this special event party ticket it will actually allow you to enter the Magic Kingdom at 4pm the day of the party. Since you are arriving the same afternoon this will work out perfectly for you. You can check into your resort and settle there and then take the complimentary transportation to the Magic Kingdom. Anytime after 4pm you can enjoy all the attractions of the park. Guests who do not have the event ticket will then need to leave the park by 7pm when the party officially begins.

Definitely save your park tickets for the next day and the rest of your vacation and do not waste using one on your event day.
