I will purchase a multi day ticket to WDW at the off site hotel I am staying this February. I already have a magic band from a previous trip. Is there a service at WDW where someone can link them for me? In one of the stores in the parks? Thank you.

Hi, Donna! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. It’s our pleasure to assist you as you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

You are just a few short weeks away from your magical vacation. I hope you are as excited as I am at just typing those words! Have you started packing yet? Make sure you remember all your magical gEAR like your favorite ears and Mickey tee’s, backup cell batteries, and extra smiles. You will definitely be needing those!

Donna, you can actually link your tickets to your MagicBands by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Simply login, select My Reservations and Tickets, then follow the prompts to link your tickets to your account. Once you’re set, your tickets will be linked to your MagicBand so you can use it as your Park entrance and it will also have any FastPass+ or other reservations you book through your My Disney Experience. If you have any hiccups setting this up, you can reach out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk at 407-939-4357 where a savvy Cast Member can help.

If you chose to purchase your tickets before you arrive, make sure to link them right away, so you can start booking your FastPass+ for your favorite attractions. Space is limited, so booking these early is best! You will be able to begin booking all your FP+ 30-days before you arrive.

Thanks again for bringing us our question. For any additional questions or planning advice, please come back and see us again.

    Until next time,
