    If I purchase a multi day hotel and ticket vacation plan for 12/17-12/22, by when could I cancel to get a full refund? Thanks, Shana

    I'm delighted to hear that you have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up this December! The Holidays are an incredibly magical time to visit! However, I understand that things come up and sometimes plans change, so it's important to understand the cancellation policy. 

    Since you booked a Disneyland Resort vacation package, you will be refunded in full if you cancel your package 30 days or more prior to your arrival date (minus any cancellation fees charged by third-parties or any non-refundable travel protection plan costs). For cancellations made five to 29 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a $200 cancellation fee (and minus any fees charged by third-party suppliers). If you have to cancel your package four days or less prior to your arrival date, the full price of the package is non-refundable. 

    Keep in mind that vacation packages must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. You can make payments in any amount and at any time toward your package up until that 30-day mark.
