Welcome, Foolish Mort –– er, Ellen! Kindly step all the way in please, there's no turning back now...
Were you as excited as I was to hear the news that
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning to Walt Disney World Resort this year? This spooktacular celebration is one of my favorite after-hours events –– with
exclusive shows and entertainment, special character sightings, and trick-or-treating
inside Magic Kingdom Park (seriously, I will never get over how awesome that is!), it's the perfect recipe for a night of frightful fun. How cool that you're planning to attend one of these events during your upcoming visit –– I think you're in for a wicked good time!
As a
Disney Vacation Club Member, you can expect a devilishly delightful discount when you attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party –– DVC Members can save $10 off the price of admission on select nights (prices subject to change). As long as you've linked your Disney Vacation Club account to My Disney Experience, your discount should be automatically at checkout when purchasing your tickets through the
Walt Disney World website. If you need to link your account, you can do this by visiting the Disney Vacation Club website and navigating to your
Member Dashboard. Click on the arrow next to your upcoming stay and under "Trip Options", select "Connect Disney Account". From there, choose "Ellen Profile" from the
My Disney Experience menu, click "Memberships and Passes", and follow the on-screen prompts to add your DVC Membership information. Once that's complete, you'll be able to apply the discount to your ticket purchase. You can also give
Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800 if you prefer to purchase your tickets over the phone.
If you have a confirmed reservation at an eligible
Disney Resorts Collection hotel (which includes all
DVC Resorts) for one of the event dates, you'll be able to purchase your tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party beginning May 12, 2022. That's coming up this week, so be sure to mark your calendar if this applies to you! Otherwise, tickets for all Guests will be available to purchase beginning May 18th.
Ellen, if you need more help as your visit approaches, I hope you'll hurry back to planDisney. Just don't forget to bring your Death Certific –– I mean question!
Happy Hauntings,
Amy
