Bienvenue, Pamela!
Here at planDisney, it's always a practically perfect day to discuss an upcoming visit to
Disneyland Paris. I'm so glad you stopped by with your question!
In my experience, saving on a Disney vacation feels like its own special kind of magic that leaves more room in the budget for Mickey-shaped snacks and souvenirs. Happily, Disneyland Paris does currently offer exclusive savings on theme park tickets for active or retired military personnel who served in the United States, United Kingdom, or France. If you (or someone in your party) qualifies, you can take advantage of this offer!
As you mentioned, up to five of
these tickets can conveniently purchased online, and while the five tickets can be configured in any combination of adult and child tickets, unfortunately, this particular offer is limited to five tickets per use. Like you, I did wonder if additional tickets could be purchased as a separate order, so I checked with a Cast Member who clarified that only five tickets are permitted per qualifying Guest.
What exactly makes someone a 'qualifying Guest'? I'm glad you asked! For this particular offer, a qualifying Guest means someone with an acceptable proof of military service from the United States, United Kingdom, or French governments. When your party enters a Disneyland Paris theme park for the first time using military personnel tickets, you will be prompted to present a valid government-issued military identification card to validate the 2-Day/2-Park theme park tickets, and each valid proof of service is only eligible to validate up to five of the specially-rated tickets.
Since your party is made up of seven people, you will need to
purchase two theme park tickets at the regular rate. As I mentioned, I'm all about budget-friendly options, so if there are any children in your travel party, I would suggest using the military personnel tickets for as many adults as possible while purchasing full-price tickets for children, as tickets for children aged 3 to 11 are offered at a reduced rate when compared to the price of adult tickets. If anyone in your party is under 3, their entry is complimentary!
I'm sure this isn't what you were hoping to hear, Pamela, but I hope what I shared clears things up for you. If any additional questions arise about your upcoming visit, feel free to come see us again at
planDisney. You've got a friend in me!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
