    If I purchase the Very Merry Christmas Party ticket, do I also have to have a Magic Kingdom theme park ticket for that day? I plan on arriving at 4:30 PM.

    A big hey, howdy, hey to you Matthew, and welcome to planDisney. Your December Disney adventure is during one of the most enchanted times of the year. All the theme parks and Disney Springs are decorated so beautifully. I hope the Disney Christmas Tree Stroll at Disney Springs will be up again this year.

    Great news for you and your Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party crew. You do not need a theme park ticket also to get into Magic Kingdom Park at 4:30 PM with your party ticket on your party night. In fact, if you want, you may enter as early as 4:00 PM which gives you an extra 3 hours of Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, Main Street, U.S.A., and Liberty Square. Awesome!

    planDisney Pro Tip: I think the best spot is to stand in front of the half wall just in front of The Hall of Presidents for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.
