Can you still purchase the Memory Marker Archive dvd? I don’t see that option as of 6/28/18 on the website, or anywhere else. I’d prefer that instead if downloading since I don’t have internet at home. Thanks

Hello Lindsey, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

I am so glad to hear that you had a wonderful time during your visit and now you are looking for a way to preserve those memories forever. I love going through all of my Memory Maker archive DVDs of previous trips to the Walt Disney World Resort. I would be happy to tell you how to place your order.

You will need to sign on to Disney’s PhotoPass website using your My Disney Experience information. Once you are logged in, you will want to click on the “Products” tab just under the logo in the top left-hand corner of the web page. You will see a wide variety of products to order. On the top row, you should see the button to order the Memory Maker Archive DVD. When you place your order it will include all of the photos on your account at the time of purchase. So make sure to complete all of the crops and edits to your photos before ordering. This button will appear as long as your Memory Maker is still active, 30 days from the date of your first photo download.

If you are still having trouble or the option does not appear when you are signed in, you can contact PhotoPass Help and Support at (407) 560-4300.

    See ya real soon,
