Can you purchase 'Memory Maker One Day' after you've finished visiting the park? I want to see photo previews before deciding if I should purchase individual photos (what is the cost of individual photos?) or the 'Memory Maker One Day'

    Hi Vicki! Welcome to planDisney!

Disney PhotoPass has been a welcomed addition to the Walt Disney World Resort over the past two decades. It's hard to remember a time before Guests had this service available at their fingertips. There is not a trip that goes by now that my family is not trying to get as many photos taken as possible throughout our park and resort days. Being that my wife is a photographer by trade, cherishing these special moments and having something to remember them by is very important. Also, the fact that she does not need to carry around her bulky camera, but is still able to get high-quality pictures of our family is priceless.

Memory Maker is the perfect complement to Disney PhotoPass and allows you to download unlimited photos to keep for a lifetime. Memory Maker One Day is all you need if you plan to only take pictures on one particular day or are trying to stay within budget. To answer your question, you can purchase Memory Maker One Day after you return from your stay. You'll be able to review your photos and decide which option makes more sense for you. Keep in mind that the "One Day" option only allows for photos taken from 6 AM the morning of your park visit until 5:59 AM the following morning. If purchased, you will be able to download all pictures taken within that time frame.

If you decide to just purchase individual photos, the price will vary depending on what size photo you plan to buy. My best guess is if you plan to purchase multiple photos from the same day, Memory Maker One Day will likely be the most cost-effective option. Between the PhotoPass Photographers, ride photos, and Magic Shots, there will be almost too many to decide between.

Vicki, one of my favorite spots to take a picture with a PhotoPass Photographer is just before you enter Liberty Square from the main hub area at the Magic Kingdom. You get a great vantage point of Cinderella Castle and there won't be any Guests to get in your way. My family has some beautiful photos from this exact spot.

I hope you have a magical visit! Stop back to planDisney any time with additional questions.

    See ya real soon!
