Hiya Sandy,
Welcome to planDisney! As someone who calls Texas home, I'm always happy to see someone from the Lone Star State planning vacations to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Now let's chat about
Memory Maker! I'm a mama of two under three, so I always get Memory Maker for every visit. My littles are growing so fast that it always amazes me how big they get between visits. I'm not 100% sure what you are asking about Memory Maker, but I'll share how it works, and you come back and see me if I missed the mark. With Memory Maker, you can download all the photos and videos you take during your trip. But even better, you can download the pictures of anyone linked to you via your
Family and Friends list (up to 25 Guests) as part of Memory Maker, even if you aren't in the photo. All captured photos and videos (including those taken by linked family and friends) will be stored within your photo gallery, which you can see within the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can then download each photo you want within the app (to download all of them simultaneously, you will need to do this on the website).
I hope this was what you were asking, Sandy, but if not, please come back and see us. Before I let you go, I wanted to give you a heads-up on activating Memory Maker. Once you take your first photo, go into your photo gallery on the mobile app and tap on the photo (it should still have a watermark on it). Once you tap the photo, you will see an option to activate your Memory Maker. Follow the on-screen instructions, and your Memory Maker will be active for all your photos (and linked Guests' photos) for up to 30 days after activation unless it is a one-day Memory Maker.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
