I want to purchase Memory Maker for my family who will be staying offsite next month. Can we get more than one card in case we split up? Will they mail a card to me or do we have to pick it up? And where do we pick up our card(s)? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jodie!

Only a month until your magical vacation? You must be so excited as you count down the days! Heck, I am excited for you.  We have absolutely loved using Disney's Memory Maker service and I hope your family has the same great experience.

With Memory Maker, you are able to "claim" as many PhotoPass cards to your account as you need.  If your family splits up, simply get a new PhotoPass card from any of the photographers.  Once you log into Disney's PhotoPass website, you will see a place in the upper, right corner where you can enter the card number and add those photos to your account.  As an extra tip, I recommend taking a picture of the back of your cards with your cell phone or camera.  This way, if a card happens to get misplaced, you will still have the card number and be able to save those precious memories.  If you order the Memory Maker service and Disney doesn't have the significant time to mail you your card, you will be able to pick it up at Will Call through any of the Guest Services locations outside of the parks.

There is more great information about the Memory Maker service in the Frequently Asked Questions section or the Help Center of the Walt Disney World website.  Also, please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.  Have a wonderful vacation filled with many magical memories!

    Best Wishes,
