If we purchase the Memory Maker at Disney World for the military rate, does it start immediately? Or is there a 3-day waiting period?

    Hi Tami,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this excellent question!

Indeed Members of the U.S. Military: Enjoy Specially Priced Theme Park Tickets in 2017; that also includes a magical discount offer for Memory Maker, which is valid through December 19, 2017.

You'll be very happy to hEAR that your military Memory Maker starts working immediately! However, it can only be purchased by Eligible Service Members or their spouses. Once you arrive on property, please visit any of the Guest Relations locations to have the Memory Maker purchase linked to your My Disney Experience account. You will need to provide a military ID in order to be eligible for the discount.

Disney Mom Tip: Be sure to wear your MagicBands on attractions offering Disney PhotoPass photos and videos. Also whenever you run into Disney PhotoPass photographers, ask them for Magic Shots and Animated Magic Shots. Here is the latest digital content from Pandora - The World of Avatar.

Wishing you a most unforgettable vacation at the place where The Magic is Endless!
