Memory Maker is one of my favourite features to use while I’m at
Disney World. I love browsing through the photos in the
My Disney Experience app while I'm waiting in line for
Big Thunder Mountain or soaring to my resort on Disney's Skyliner! And when the holiday is over, I have plenty of magical moments captured by
Disney PhotoPass photographers to fill the walls of my home.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing Memory Maker. Let’s see if we can add a little pixie dust and get you fixed up! You can find out all about Memory Maker on the
Disney World website. If you select Memory Maker
on this webpage, it will prompt you to log in to your
My Disney Experience account and make your purchase. Alternatively, you can purchase Memory Maker through your
My Disney Experience app by selecting “Shop Memory Maker” on the homepage, and making your purchase.
Once you arrive at Walt Disney World, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, Memory Maker will then magically appear in your My Disney Experience app. Once you are in the parks, your photos will start to appear in the app, and you simply tap on a photo to activate Memory Maker. So, Francisco, you can sit back, relax, and let someone else capture the magical memories you're making.
