    can we purchase a meal plan with a day park hopper ticket

    Hi, Ronald,   To be able to purchase the Disney Dining Plan, you need to be staying at a Disney Resort Hotel and have a package that includes at least a one day base ticket.   If you have purchased your tickets separately and don't want to add on at least the one day ticket, you will be unable to purchase the Dining Plan.
